Reinforced dual-layer closure for high-cycle industrial bags.
The #10 six-thread model is the largest profile in the series for bulk bags and heavy cyclic loads. Four-needle six-thread sewing secures the tape to the bag body, while upper and lower polyester coil layers interlock across two tracks to distribute pressure during loading, compression, and transport. The flexible chain can follow the bag contour and remains stable through repeated industrial cleaning and disinfection cycles.
